I know that the photo looks great, but once you start reading the recipe you are probably going to have a shock. Some of you will probably not agree with the sweet-salty combination, but I think it’s an interesting flavor. If you are a follower of my blog, you know that some of my recipes are extremely eccentric and if you are still watching my posts, it means that these recipes haven’t killed you (at least not yet :P). I also recommend you this Watermelon Salad, which is another example of the sweet-salty flavor.
1 tablespoon butter
1 apple, quartered, cored, and sliced 1/4-inch thick
